Lush Twilight Bath Bomb

Twilight Bath Bomb, £3.20, Lush

In bath

This is one of Lush's staple bath bomb, I always see it everytime I'm in the store. In case you haven't seen it, it's the big pink one, well when I say big what I actually mean is huge - this one is a whopper! The bath bomb has a moon and stars pattern on the top, however this isn't really visible in my shoddy iphone photo above - currently attempting to be a blogger with no camera (mine broke). UPDATE: I found a better photo I took before my camera died, where you can actually see the pattern.

After running the water, I plopped this one in the bath and as with all Lush bath bombs I've tried it instantly fizzed up revealing a bright pink colour followed by a blue. The in bath photo above is actually from the Lush website and I have to say my bath bomb didn't really look like that, I had nowhere near that much foam and the colours were not as vibrant.

When the pink and blue had mixed the water turned purple - the colour of twilight, I was starting to feel slightly disappointed - I've spoken on here before about how I expect a bath bomb to have a bit of drama,  then I noticed that the bath was full of bluey/silver glitter which made the water look so pretty. I came out of the bath covered in sparkles and a few days later I was still finding them on my face, nevertheless I loved using this bath bomb, it's especially great to use before bedtime as it contains lavender oil to aide a good night's sleep. Definitely one to try out!

Lush Big Shampoo

Lush 'Big' Shampoo 330g, £11.25

'Have a big hair day.
This is like having your hair lifted on a sea breeze.'

Another hair related post from me today, I wanted this shampoo from Lush as I have fine, straight hair which gets greasy quickly. 'Big' contains flakes of salt which I was hoping would inject some much needed oomph into my hair and possibly give me a slight beachy wave - well a girl can dream.

To use this shampoo you scoop out some of the product and massage into the scalp, I have to say it did annoy me when I saw that the container mentions using a 'generous scoop' of the shampoo followed by another 'generous scoop' for a repeat shampoo....errr Lush? Have you not seen the price of this stuff? I got eight washes out of this tub - that's eight single washes - if we're talking about repeat shampooing then this tub would only be good for four washes, which wouldn't be a problem if a tub of Big didn't cost £11.25. Granted £11 is not a lot of money but it seems quite a lot to spend on a tub of shampoo which you will only get four washes from.

The flakes of salt in this product make it different from any other shampoo I've tried and I actually really loved washing my hair with this, massaging the salt into my hair felt really clarifying and acted as a nice scalp exfoliation. I've read so many reviews of this product which say it produces a great lather, sadly I could never get this shampoo to lather at all and because of this I had to use more of the product per wash than I would have done with a regular shampoo - FYI my head isn't abnormally big.

This shampoo smelt fresh and clean which is probably down to the citrus fruits in the ingredients. After use my hair felt squeaky clean and super soft but I wouldn't say it was particularly voluminous and I didn't notice it staying clean for any longer than normal. Overall I think this product is a fantastic clarifying shampoo but nothing groundbreaking and I've had better results from cheaper drugstore shampoos.

Lush Magic Mushroom

Lush Magic Mushroom Bubble Bar, £2.45

'Magic Mushroom’s bright red top is scented with our famous Vanillary fragrance, while his white stem smells of strawberries, making a yummy strawberries and cream combo that’ll give piles of fruity bathtime bubbles.'

Despite receiving a ridiculous amount of Lush goodies for Christmas (on top of my already healthy stash!) I couldn't resist browsing the Lush Valentine's range.

I limited myself to just one goodie from the range and opted for the Magic Mushroom bubble bar, which is a product I have never tried before. Firstly, it looks really cute, just like one of the mushrooms from Fantasia, shall I insert the Youtube video for added effect? Oh go on then...

The smell of this product really won me over, it's a lovely vanilla smell mixed with the fruity scent of strawberries and cream, all in all it smells sweet and very girly. The lady in the store advised me to split the bar between two baths, so I crumbled one half into a bath. It turns out half a bar is perfect and it produced lots of lovely creamy bubbles, softened the water and turned my bathwater a shade of pinky/red.

Bathwater
This was a really fun bubble bar to use and pretty inexpensive at only £2.45 per bar. The fruity scent is gorgeous and whilst I'm sad it's only a seasonal product, I still have the other half to use up...maybe I'll purchase a few more before they disappear :)

Sale Shopping

I'm not a massive fan of sales, the huge crowds coupled with hot, stuffy, messy shops are a bit too much to handle. However, I couldn't resist taking advantage of the Lush sale where all the Christmas products have 50% off. Given that I received a couple of lovely Lush box sets for Christmas, I restrained myself to three items, here is what I bought:

L to R: Candy Mountain Bubble Bar, Cinders Bath Ballistic, Magic Wand
Bubble Bar

Candy Mountain Bubble Bar, original price £2.35 smells amazingly super sweet and reminds me of a mix between the Snow Fairy scent and The Comforter bubble bar.

'When the busy season has exhausted you, the hoards of shoppers have pushed and shoved you, and you think you can’t take any more - lie back in a Candy Mountain bath and feel its sweet and comforting hug.'

Cinders Bath Ballistic, original price £1.95, I actually have two of these waiting to be used and am really excited to try them out as they smell gorgeous - very cinnamony and spicy - plus they contain popping candy!!

'A real Christmas time ballistic that fights the chill and brings peace and comfort. Lie back, letting the water support your body, and listen to the fire as the smell of warm fruit punch fills the room.'

Magic Wand Bubble Bar, original price £4.95, I like the fact this is reusable and it smells gorgeous, great for all the Snow Fairy fans! Plus it is in the shape of a wand with a bell and pink ribbon attached, very girly!

'A reusable bubble bar star that gives mounds of sweet-smelling foam. This is a solid version of our best selling Snow Fairy shower gel for those who prefer to bath.'

My Lush had a really good selection of Lush Christmas products available, including a variety of box sets, but my advice would be to get down to your nearest Lush asap to snap up some bargains. Happy shopping!

Lush: The Joy of Jelly

The Joy of Jelly, Lush

The concept of a shower jelly is pretty new to me and I can't think of many places that sell shower jelly other than Lush. The Joy of Jelly came as part of my Valentine's box set and I have only just got round to trying it out, but due to it's strangeness thought it was worth a blog post.

Essentially this is just a soap that is a jelly, you actually take it out of the pot and use it as you would a soap...albeit a very wobbly soap. It lathers surprisingly well and is heavily scented with rose, jasmine and ylang ylang. I have to say I don't particularly love the smell of this product, it feels a bit overbearing and slightly masculine, something along the lines of a bad smelling herbal aftershave, but it's definitely fun to play around with...who doesn't get a giggle from prodding jelly?!

The jelly is an eye catching bright purple and as you can tell from the picture above looks a bit like a science experiment/swamp. I really like the idea of these shower jellies and would probably purchase again as they lather very well and the scent lingers pleasantly on the skin, however I would probably go for a more feminine scent. The Joy of Jelly is actually being discontinued but you can buy it here.

Christmas Wish List

The weather is getting colder, the December issue magazines are out in full force and I even heard a Christmas Song on the radio this morning, that can only mean the festive season is just around the corner. I'm feeling especially excited for Christmas this year and have already been scoping out the best beauty offerings around. I wanted to post some of my personal favourites here, I hope you'll like my choices.

Nars Kuroko Kabuki Miniature Nail Polish Coffret
£25.00

First up is the Nars Kuroko Kabuki miniature set, these gorgeous strong colours would be perfect to wear over the festive period and beyond. I haven't tried Nars nail polish yet but I'm really keen to test them out, I'm thinking a minature set might be the perfect introduction. Find the set here.

Paperself Paper Deer and Butterfly Lashes
£12.00

These lashes are beautiful, more a work of art rather than a beauty product. I'm not sure whether I'd ever wear them out of the house (well maybe for fancy dress?) but I think they're a really fun idea. I randomly came across the brand Paperself when browsing on Asos, they make beautiful costume lashes out of paper in a host of intricate designs. Find them here.

Philosophy Cinnamon Buns 3 in 1 Shower Gel
£14.00

Philosophy have released numerous lovely Christmas gift sets this year, but I would be over the moon to receive the Cinnamon Buns scented shower gel. I love that this is a multitasking product and serves as a bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo, plus it comes in a pretty sizeable bottle. It is rather pricey for a shower gel but it's nice to treat yourself every now and again, especially if it means I emerge from the shower smelling like delicious baked goods. Find it here.

Estee Lauder Limited Edition Prosperity Compact
£75.00

Ok so this is a bit of a dream gift as it comes with a fairly hefty price tag, however I find this limited edition compact ever so covetable. A gold compact is something that I'd definitely like to purchase at some point and would make a wonderfully unique Christmas gift. Whilst this one is undeniably gorgeous there is a bigger range on the Estee Lauder site and an alligator skin effect one is also catching my eye priced at a more reasonable £35.00. See the range here.

Lush Snow Fairy Gift Set
£10.95

Lush always makes fab gift boxes stuffed full of their lovely products, you'll find one to suit every budget from £5 to over £100. The super sweet Snow Fairy scent is loved by many, myself included, this box compromises of a Snow Fairy shower gel, Angel's Delight soap and a Shimmy Shimmy massage bar, I think it makes a lovely Christmas gift. Find it here.

I hope you enjoyed reading my list, let me know what you are wishing for this Christmas!

Happy Halloween!

We heart it

I love Halloween! To celebrate this year I will be watching The Blair Witch Project with my sister, it was the Paranormal Activity of my day and watching it will no doubt freak me out all over again.

I also made sure to check out the Halloween products from Lush and purchased the Skullduggery bath ballistic, which contains lime and neroli oil as well as frankincense (very festive!) and cost £2.75.

'There'll be no Skullduggery here, just lively lime and neroli oils to refresh the skin and soul'

This bath ballistic smells gorgeous, it's a clean, refreshing, citrussy scent, very uplifting! I also love the fact it's in the shape of a skull, perfect for Halloween and the two sequin red eyes are very cute!

Happy Halloween!

Lush Review: The Comforter Bubble Bar

The Comforter Bubble Bar £3.99, Lush

'Berry yourself under a blanket of soft fruit foam'

I was feeling the chill of a cold, autumn evening and decided a Lush bath was in order. Digging into my stash The Comforter was the first one I picked out and it couldn't have been a more perfect choice for an October night.

First off this bar is absolutely huge. I was going to chuck the whole thing in after the disaster of trying to break up the Marshmallow Melt, see here. However the general consensus is that you will get as many as 4 (but at least 2) baths out of this product. I didn't want to push it so I decided to halve it as the bar really is massive!

The Comforter is a flat round disk shape, and it's pretty crumbly which makes it easy to break in half. The pink and white swirls of this product give it a candy feel plus pink + white is my favourite colour combination. From the pictures you could tell my one didn't have as much white as the others, probably down to each Lush product being handmade.

Even before I popped this in my bath it smelt lovely, it smells of sweet blackcurrants - the perfect late summer/early autumn fragrance. To use you simply crumble under hot water and it produces lots of lovely bubbles and turns your water pink (yay!). The way a Lush product can completely transform the look and colour of your bath is why I love Lush so much and The Comforter gave me the pinkest bath I have ever had, which can only be a good thing.

Bubbles and pink water!

After use my skin felt lovely and soft (due to the product containing bergamot and cypress oil) and carried the delicious scent of blackcurrants. I loved this product and am looking forward to using the other half during the forthcoming winter nights.

Lush: Sex in the Shower Emotibomb

£2.55, Lush

'Our new Sex in the Shower Emotibomb encourages people to share a shower to conserve water. As the warm water touches its surface, wafts of sensual scents entwine themselves around you. Get some soap and lather your partner all over. Just remember to turn the water off while you're in a lather. With great showers comes great responsibility.'

This was included in the P.S. I Love You Valentine's gift box from Lush, see my post here. I have never used a shower emotibomb before as I'm more of a bath kind of girl, so I didn't know what to expect. I used it alone in the shower even though it's designed for two people to use...to 'conserve water' (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) so I cannot comment on the aphrodisiac effect.

The emotibomb itself was pretty weird looking. It had a flat, crumbly white base which reminded me of a sand dollar, with a creepy pink hand over the top. Even though the hand was slightly weird, I love a pink/white colour combination so this was a winner with me.

The smell before use is gorgeous - I always like to keep Lush products in my cupboards and drawers as it fragrances them nicely. To me, this smelt perfumey and floral, the ingredients include juniper berry oil, ginger oil, ylang ylang oil, rose oil (one of my favourites), jasmine absolute, geranium oil and mimosa absolute...so it's jam packed full of lovely fragrances!

To use you pop it in the shower away from the direct stream of water. I couldn't believe how slowly this dissolved, especially as I was expecting it to dissolve within 5 minutes. I moved it from the side of the shower to the tray to see if it would make it do anything exciting....it didn't. I got a couple of whiffs of the scent throughout my shower, although this was overshadowed by the other lotions and potions I was using i.e. shampoo and conditioner. It turned the water slightly pink, but because it was a shower the colour was washed away more or less immediately.

In the end I got so bored waiting for this product to do something that I picked it up and with the crumbly product that was left on my hand I used it as an exfoliator. The scent was pretty much non existent afterwards, but it did make an effective, if slightly harsh, exfoliator and left my skin feeling very soft afterwards.

I was in the shower for a around 15 minutes and by the time I got out there was still a good chunk of emotibomb left. I couldn't be bothered to wait for it to completely dissolve as it just didn't do anything. I hate to give Lush a bad review but this is one of the worst products I have tried from them. It made a lovely gift, and was good to try something different, but I wouldn't purchase another emotibomb as they are pretty pointless!

I just have to point out how cute the packaging of this box was..check out the picture below!

Pretty!

Lush Dragons Egg Ballistic

Lush Dragons Egg Ballistic £2.99

'As you bathe in the whirlpool of vibrant, fiery colour and inhale the refreshing sherbet scent of lemon and bergamot, you'll feel like you're up and away on the back of your own dragon. Citrus oils are known for their invigorating effect on the mind and Dragon's Egg is no exception! Drop one of these baby dragons in the bath for a serious wake-up call on groggy mornings or before evenings out.'

This bath bomb had been sitting in my cupboard for a good few months, it was a gift and had no label on it so I had no clue which bath ballistic it was. After a particularly challenging day at work I decided a Lush bath was in order, and being the only one left in my cupboard I popped the mystery bath bomb into the running water. I had no intention to blog about this ballistic but I loved it so much I researched which one it was and decided a blog post was in order.

Thanks to the power of the Internet I quickly identified the bath bomb was the Dragons Egg Ballistic priced at £2.99 which is the average cost of a Lush ballistic. This bath bomb is pretty sizable and mainly white, with pastel colours marbled through, now I think about it... it does kind of look like an egg.

When I first put this in the bath, it started to foam rather than fizz....it produced a really thick, white foam and I initially thought it was more of a bubble bath. As it fizzed it started to release yellow and pink pastel coloured dots, which reminded me of confetti or petals and looked really pretty floating in the bath water.

The bath bomb had a lovely, uplifting citrus scent and after a while orange swirls of colour started to appear in my bath water. Just when I thought the bath bomb had revealed all of its surprises I noticed something darker in colour floating along next to me, on closer inspection it turned out to be a fizzing golden nugget. This golden nugget wasn't just emitting a golden colour it was made up of hundreds of flecks of chunky gold glitter. Now I am generally not a fan of glitter, but in bath products I think it's gorgeous and best of all when I emerged from my bath I wasn't completely covered in glitter, just a few specks here and there. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for my bath tub which was left looking like a glitter-ball had exploded:

Glittery tub

I was really impressed with this bath bomb, it has the right amount of 'drama' that I expect from a Lush ballistic. It smells wonderful and left my water a beautiful light orange colour with gold glitter flecks running through.....simply gorgeous! The citrus scent is lovely and fresh and I think this ballistic would be perfect to use before a night out as the smell acts as a pick me up and the water leaves your skin with a lovely gold shimmer. The only downside of this product is that I didn't find the citrus smell lingered on my skin post bath.

Lush American Cream Conditioner

'Sweet, fruity shake. The scent of honey, vanilla, strawberries and oranges is so sexy and sweet that dates can't stay away.'

I received a bottle of this Lush conditioner for Christmas, which is rather handy as it verges on the more expensive side of haircare with a 250g bottle costing £7.99. First thing to note with this conditioner is the smell, I generally expect all Lush products to smell fabulous - I can't quite place exactly what this smells of, my take is that it's a real musky, perfumey (I think I just made that word up), vanillary (and again) smell with hints of citrus and strawberry. Initially I wasn't that sure about the scent but I have really grown to like it, and best of all after using this conditioner the smell lingers on your hair for ages....it's so nice to get unexpected wafts of your fabulous smelling hair throughout the day.

The consistency of the conditioner is pretty average, it's not thick but it still feels moisturising when poured into your hand. I have fine, quite limp hair, I find that this conditioner is pretty moisturising on me and leaves my hair feeling coated.....despite thoroughly rinsing. Having said that I don't think it weighs my hair down too much and I tend to reach for this when I feel like my hair needs a more intense conditioning, for me this is not an everyday conditioner.

Overall I find this product distinctly average, the smell is nice but the product does not seem to be that suited to my hair type. I will definitely make my way through the bottle, however I would not repurchase this conditioner as the results are not good enough to justify the price.

Lush Review: Bubblegum Lip Scrub

"Our fabulous lip scrubs are here to keep your kissers sweet. This one will make your lips smell like our best-selling Snow Fairy shower gel. Bubblegum is made with exfoliating castor sugar and our delicious vegan flavour to gently scrub away rough skin, keeping your lips smooth and kissably soft. Simply rub it over your lips when they're feeling the need for some sugar."

Firstly, this product is horrendously overpriced when you consider that it is merely sugar, oil and some flavouring. Having said that it is a cute little product that serves a great purpose in winter, when lips are at their most flaky and chapped. For £4.75 you get 25g of lip scrub, whilst it would be easy to make at home, the Lush version saves you the hassle and the Bubblegum variety bears the super sweet Snow Fairy scent.

To de flake dry lips you simply rub the lip scrub over your lips, only a small amount is required meaning a jar should last you a while. The best part come post scrub when you can lick the remaining scrub off you lips.......mmm dead skin and sugar!

It's definitely a useful little product, if not a bit gimmicky. I was worried that the oil would block pores around my mouth leading to spots, because I only use this every so often this doesn't seem to be much of an issue. If bubblegum isn't your thing Lush also produces mint and chocolate lip scrubs.

Valentine's Goodies

I was chuffed to bits when I was presented with this box of goodies on Valentine's day. As a Lush junkie I couldn't have really asked for a more perfect present! I have never tried any of these goodies before, but they all look lovely. I love their massage bars so am especially excited to try Strawberry Feels Forever.

I haven't yet opened the parcel (it looks too pretty to unwrap), but I may review some of the products in the near future.

Blue Monday

Moet and Chandon via The Daily Mail

Today has been labelled the most depressing day of the year. I can see why the January blues strike at this time, Christmas is now a distant memory and pay day is still that bit too far away. However, all is not lost, I have compiled a little list of things to do, to cheer us up and keep us entertained for the rest of January.

♥  Bake. I find baking ridiculously enjoyable. I love the whole process of making something delicious out of a few basic ingredients...most of us have flour, butter, sugar and eggs lying around at home. You can go for fairy cakes, a Victoria Sponge, or keep it simple with good old fashioned (but very tasty!) rice crispy cakes....or even a no bake cake (all you need is butter, melted chocolate, broken digestive biscuits, marshmallows and what ever else you fancy throwing in there!).

♥ Read. Reading is a great way to escape your everyday life and in all honesty I don't read enough. My favourite books to read at this time of year are ones that transport me to an exotic, warmer location. I just finished Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert which documents the author's travels through Italy, India and Bali. Other great escapism books are The Island and The Return by Victoria Hislop and also The Beach by Alex Garland. In reality, I'll read pretty much anything, chick lit, classic literature, coffee table books, The Twilight Saga etc...I'm just about to start Life and Laughing: My Story by Michael Mcintyre which I hope will cheer me up on these gloomy, dark nights. If you're struggling to decide what to read, i recommend Goodreads, a website where you can find hundreds of book reviews and even write your own. I generally buy all my books from Amazon, which sells them for dirt cheap prices, charity shops also sell used books for a couple of quid...and if money is really tight there's always the good old library.

Revitalise. January is the month for self improvement and resolutions. If your new year's resolutions have fallen by the wayside, now is the time to get them back on track. I'm still keeping an eye on my January goals and whilst I have completed most of them, there are still things I need to do...not to mention February's goals to think about! Eating better and exercising more is easy to say, hard to do, but we all know it will leave us feeling better in the long run. Aim to go for a walk, or even a swim, join a fitness class or a running club....I've been meaning to join a friend at aqua aerobics for months now! If exercise doesn't appeal, burn off some calories by giving your room/house a good clear out, always refreshing to chuck out the old and make way for the new. If you have the time you can always start a new project, I have been toying with the idea of starting a project 365 (where you take a picture everyday for one year) for a couple of weeks now.

♥  Pamper. Nothing screams pamper to me like a Lush bath. The bath bombs/bubble bars cost roughly 3 pounds and transform a boring old bath into something fun. For depressing January nights I would recommend Sakura (spring in a bath), Big Blue (so you can imagine you're swimming in the Mediterranean, rather than your dirty bath water) and Sunny Side (summery, citrus scent). If baths aren't your thing, try a hair mask, face mask or body treatment......cold blasted skin needs good exfoliating and moisturising! I'm currently perfecting the art of applying nail varnish with DIY manis and pedis, and also trying (and failing) to get used to the pain of epilating....it just hurts so much! Failing all that, I love to play and experiment with make up....this used to be a nightly occurrence when I was in my early teens, but nowadays I struggle to find the time to take my makeup off! It is nice to have a play around every so often, and create some new looks or follow a you tube tutorial....I still need to master the art of contouring!

♥  Watch. Sometimes I love nothing more than digging out a feel good chick flick...my personal faves include The Devil Wears Prada and both Legally Blondes. I am also fortunate enough to own the complete box set of Sex and the City which I will never tire of, watching those episodes always puts me in a good mood.

♥  Re-decorate. A lick of paint can really transform a room and is pretty inexpensive. Failing that an ornate mirror, or picture creates a new focal feature. Keep it simple by adding some fairy lights...I have USB fairy lights which i can easily use and pack away again. Plants also make a great addition to a room, I think my orchid which I have had for 2 and a half years is one of my absolute pride and joys....can't believe I've managed to keep it alive for this long!

♥  Wish. Aahhh the wishlist is my friend in this eternal month of January. Whilst I'm waiting for my long overdue February pay check I can do some online window shopping, my Amazon wishlist is quickly building and I've pressed the save for later button on Asos more times than I care to remember. I love looking at all the new season's clothes and deciding what I want to be wearing once the weather does finally warm up or (squeal of excitement) on my summer holidays. What's more, thanks to the invention of the wishlist (thank you online shopping Gods!) I know my saved items will be there, ready to be purchased, come the beginning of February.

Happy Monday Everyone!

Lush Review: Melting Marshmallow Moment Bath Melt

mmm....giant pink marshmallow!

Product: Mmm Melting Marshmallow Moment Bath Melt from Lush, price £3.50 for one.

What Lush says: Slow-melting, musky marvel. MMM melts into a pink, fluffy waterbed of marshmallow and moisturising cocoa butter. Each Melting Marshmallow Moment is made with marshmallow herb, which produces a sweet, skin-soothing mucilage and marigold, which is equally calming for your skin.

I have been using Lush products for many years but generally stuck to bath ballistics, soaps and face masks. I decided to pop a few Lush products on my Christmas list this year and was very happy to receive the Marshmallow Melt in my Christmas stocking.

This bath melt is a gorgeous pink colour and looks, well.....like a giant pink marshmallow. The Lush website states the ingredients include cocoa butter, marshmallow herb, chamomile and marigold. Unfortunately I am utter rubbish at placing scents, so all I can really say is it smelt gorgeous! The scent was sweet without being too overpowering or sickly. The smell mainly reminded me of sherbet, fruit salad chew sweets and the scented baby toys I had when i was younger.

Being the first bath melt I had used I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Some reviews on the Lush website suggested breaking the product into two to get more use out of it. I decided to do this, mainly because I wanted a Lush bath on Christmas morning and being in a bit of a rush, I thought I'd save the rest of the product for a later date. Whilst the texture of the bath melt is chalky and crumbly I warn you, it's pretty tricky to break in half!

Popping half the melt in my bath it took a good 5 minutes for the product to dissolve completely. As the product slowly fizzed it emitted a pink scum (for want of a better term) which slowly turned white. I was hoping the melt would turn my bath water a pretty shade of pink, however it only succeeded in turning the water a murky white colour, which was disappointing. Post bath my skin felt lovely and soft, I was sad that the smell did not linger on my skin.....I wanted to smell like a marshmallow!

Verdict: Disappointed that this product didn't seem to do much, although that may be more to do with me being a cheapskate and trying to eek it out over 2 baths! I probably would repurchase but I have a long list of Lush products I would rather try out over this. Next time I would definitely use the whole product in one bath to see if it had a bigger impact on the colour of the water and the strength of the scent. Overall, a lovely smelling, girly product which left my skin feeling baby soft, but for now I still prefer the ballistics which make bath time something really special!
