Firstly, this product is horrendously overpriced when you consider that it is merely sugar, oil and some flavouring. Having said that it is a cute little product that serves a great purpose in winter, when lips are at their most flaky and chapped. For £4.75 you get 25g of lip scrub, whilst it would be easy to make at home, the Lush version saves you the hassle and the Bubblegum variety bears the super sweet Snow Fairy scent.
To de flake dry lips you simply rub the lip scrub over your lips, only a small amount is required meaning a jar should last you a while. The best part come post scrub when you can lick the remaining scrub off you lips.......mmm dead skin and sugar!
It's definitely a useful little product, if not a bit gimmicky. I was worried that the oil would block pores around my mouth leading to spots, because I only use this every so often this doesn't seem to be much of an issue. If bubblegum isn't your thing Lush also produces mint and chocolate lip scrubs.
I actually rather honey trap so the smell and taste =)
