Maybelline Dream Touch Blush

Maybelline Dream Touch Blush in Apricot, £6.49

This is a nice little product that I wanted to share with you all. I used to live on Maybelline make up in my younger days but now I tend to find their products slightly gimmicky. I am however really impressed with this Dream Touch Blush priced at £6.49, it's a cream whipped blush that is designed to leave your skin with a soft, natural colour, the range is limited to 4 shades and I chose Apricot which is a peachy, apricot shade.

The consistency is quite creamy and it feels a lot wetter than the Topshop cream blushes, the formula feels weightless on the skin and like all good cream blushes it has a cream to powder finish. This blush is great for giving a soft, natural flush of colour, it also contains a slight shimmer (which hasn't shown up in the photographs) that gives cheeks a lovely sheen and a beautiful dewy finish. The colour pay off is good and you only need to use a small amount of product for each application, whilst the pot is pretty small at 7.5g I can see it lasting a long time.
